-
You love your teen fiercely, but you’re exhausted. Their meltdowns and shutdowns leave you feeling helpless, with no idea how to reach them.
-
You’re stuck on the merry-go-round. New therapist, new program, new medication. Each brings a glimmer of hope, then nothing lasts.
-
You’re drowning in guilt and burnout. You’re trying so hard to get it right, but the standard parenting advice just doesn’t work for your neurodivergent kid.
-
Every conversation feels like walking on eggshells. One wrong word and they shut down or explode.Â
And late at night, the real fear creeps in: Will my child ever be okay on their own?
If this is you, you're in the right place.
Â
Why Therapy, Programs and Medication Alone Often Don't Last
After more than 10 years working with neurodivergent teens and their families, I noticed a pattern. The parents who struggle most aren't doing anything wrong. They're using an approach built for neurotypical brains, so progress made in a therapist's office fades at home.
Lasting change happens when the home itself is set up for how a neurodivergent brain works. That's something parents can learn, and it's what this program teaches.

- Talking without the fallout. You know what to say and how, so your teen stays open instead of shutting down or exploding.
- A calmer home. Your household runs in a way that supports your teen, and everyone can breathe again.
- Enjoying your teen again. Less nagging and reminding, more peaceful time together.
- Watching them rise. More initiative with hygiene, schoolwork and chores. Plans with friends. New things tried.
- Getting your life back. Energy for work, friends, your partner and yourself.

Questions Parents Ask About Parent Coaching for Neurodivergent Children
Â
Is this therapy for my teen? No. This is parent coaching and education for you. It works alongside your teen's existing therapy, and you don't need your teen to participate for it to help. I often work separately with your teen if that is something you'd be interested in.
My child doesn't have a formal diagnosis. Can I still join? Yes. Many parents join while seeking a diagnosis or because their teen shows traits of Autism, ADHD, PDA, OCD or OCPD.
What age is this for? It's designed for parents of teens and young adults, roughly [12–25]. Parents of younger neurodivergent children often find the skills useful too.
How much time does it take each week? About 1-3 hours: one module, one live group or coaching session, and short practice at home.
I'm not in California. Can I join? Yes. The program is fully virtual and open to parents anywhere in the US. In-person sessions are available in Santa Monica.
What makes this different from other support for parents of neurodivergent children? Most parenting advice was designed for neurotypical brains. This program is built on RO-DBT, DBT and ACT, adapted specifically for how neurodivergent teens think and feel, and you work directly with a licensed specialist.
